Tips: Ninja Quest - Rooftop

'ey everyone, back for another quick tip-tutorial post, covering a little of the infamous ninja quest in Ameba Pico. A bit of an unorthodox method is used, but only to show how easy it really is. Hit the jump-!

*First off, this method will require at least one other person, so get a buddy with some free time, or have a little free time yourself.

The rooftop mission for the Ninja Quest is very simple. Run across the roof, get a flag, run back. The only catch? The roof has a random set of tiles that can break under your feet. And the thing is, if you leave the Jokamachi area and come back later, those breakable tiles will be in different areas of the roof.

Where are those tiles at this time...?!

In the Ninja Quest, you receive a special box if you complete your mission without failing (in this case, not falling off the roof).
The good thing about the roof, however, is when you come across one of those cracked tiles, it will still be visible even if you fail or succeed.

Ha! Right where I remember finding you.

Because the cracked tiles remain, this makes it very easy to complete this mission without falling, since once those tiles show up and you run across the roof... your Pico will automatically walk around the broken tile! (Of course, just be wary of any other hidden tiles nearby.)

For this post, I'm recommending you grab at least one other friend with a little bit of free time, and plenty of ninja quest energy to spare.

To start, have a buddy of yours talk to the flailing spirit man.

Greetings, spirit man!

After that, have your buddy clear a path on the roof for you. The very top path is the best route to take, since it usually only has one or two tiles that actually break.

Taking one for the team-!!

After your buddy makes a safe route, journey yourself, free of surprise-breaking tiles!

An example of visible broken tiles. Since you see them, your Pico should automatically avoid them!

Straight run across, and easy flag get! :D

But be careful with how long you take getting those flags. Sometimes broken tiles CAN fix themselves over a certain period of time. Doesn't make much sense, but it does happen.

Th-There was a broken tile next to that one earlier, I swear!

Otherwise, with the right buddy, and a little bit of patience, those legendary ninja boxes with special items are easy pickings for your Pico...

The elusive box.~

Hopefully this helps out a few people. If anyone has any trouble with this method, be sure to leave a comment below.

Otherwise, till next update, signing off!
